Batons with welded rings are the perfect solution for moving drapery on a standard pole. If using with a grommet drapery, place the ring between the first and second grommet and attach baton to the ring.

Please remember that one cannot avoid the laws of physics, for heavier or wide expanses of drapes these steel batons will help but you will still have to put effort into operating them.
