Awnings have been used for over a hundred years as exterior window treatments. Now we bring these window toppers inside for an contemporary modern look. Awnings feature fabric stretched taut over the frame with enclosed top and sides.
Essentially furniture for your windows. Use alone or a top draperies to provide a unique layered design
Maximum finish height = 24”.
Standard skirt is 5” unless otherwise specified – Skirt may be self or contrast lined.
NOTE: This Item is available as an outside board mount only.
-Each awning is fabricated to EXACT exterior measurements. 2 inches of the width is required to accomodate thickness of cornice return boards.
Example:To cover a window that measures 36" from edge of trim to edge of trim - add 2 inches to the width of your order for proper fit. Exterior measurement of cornice will measure 38 inches

- Decide how to mount the treatment ie. inside the window frame or outside the window frame.
- Measure the windows (see measuring notes below)
- Contact one of our window specialists to provide personalized ordering assistance & quantity of fabric required for your order.

INSIDE MOUNT
-For the length, use the smallest measurement from inside the top
casing of the window to inside the bottom casing or the floor.
-To find the width, measure inside the window casing from left to right.
-Workroom will take 1⁄4" deduction for width to allow for clearance.

OUTSIDE MOUNT
-Measure the width and length you wish to cover.
-Workroom will NOT make any deductions.
