Each rod is made solid clear acrylic to provide maximum strength and durability  and cut to your exact specifications by skilled artisans right here in the USA with great care to marry form to function. These are some of the heaviest guage curtain rods in the industry. These rods are perfect, if you need to go up to 105 inches without a center support bracket. Rods over 105 inches will be spliced and need a center support bracket(s) Each Set includes two finials, brackets & a pole cut to your exact dimension Acrylic Curtain Rod Set includes the following: One acrylic pole - custom cut to your exact size. To the 1/8 of an inch is only necessary if you are working in tight spaces.  When measuring for your curtain rod, be sure to include space for your curtain stack back past your window trim on each side for this large diameter rod, depending on how far you would like your curtains to stack off of the window.

Measuring Terms:

Order "S" - the standard rod width when placing your order.
Keep in mind "TT"  (tip to tip) width - will be your final width, with finials.
The standard rod width is needed to accomodate your curtain panels.
The tip to tip width is needed to make sure your finials are not running into other objects, such as walls, other windows, doors, artwork, etc.  So, make sure to measure for the tip to tip width, for your own personal reference (we need the rod width only.) Finial - add this to your rod width for your final "tip to tip" width").  For reference only.
