Custom, Made-to-Order Scallop and Bell Top Treatment Style V3
The V3 style Custom Top Treatment is an Austrian style top treatment in which horizontal folds of fabric are gently pulled upwards and tacked to create loose swoops. Constructed of fabric mounted on a wooden head board. The fabric is stretched across the face, there is no board across the front! This top treatments is the perfect finishing touch to any window treatment.
Finally, custom window treatments made easy.
For a complete window ensemble all fabrics may be crafted into designer side panels as well as a selection from six popular styles of roman shades.
