6 Easy Steps to Order  (call us if you need help ) 1.  Determine mount type: inside mount/outside mount.  2. Measure your window and select exact width and length that you would like to cover.       (Do not take any width deductions, this is done for you after your order is placed, at the factory.) 3. Choose pattern.      (Patterns grouped by price: Group 1 is most economical, up to group 6 which is the highest end patterns.) 4. Select Lining Option. 5. Select Lift Mechanism and Cord position (right/left).

Standard Specifications: Woven Wood Window Shades are made from natural woven materials that softly diffuse sunlight - Shades come standard as unlined. Standard Cord Lock and Pulley Control (based on most current safety standards. 6” Classic Valance hangs off the front of the headrail concealing the hardware.  (call for longer valances)

Optional Upgrades Available: Lining: Attached Premium, Attached Blackout. New Operable Premium, or Operable Blackout (see below for examples). Upgraded Lift System: Continous Clutch Loop Control or Cordless Top Down/Bottom Up Duo-fold:  lower or raise shade from top and bottom. The Classic Roman Fold is our most popular style. This Classic style shade lays off the back of the headrail and raises in soft folds. Simple and elegant, the Classic Roman Shade lies flat when lowered. (Try the Hobbled style for a roman shade that keeps a cascading style (or form) when lowered or raised).

Production Time:  10 - 12 business days
Delivery Time via UPS:  3-5 Standard Days, unless expedited request.

Size Limitations:
Minimum Width:  8 inches   Maximum Width 120 inches (or maximum with as mandated by the material type.)
Mimimum Height: 12 inches Maximum Height 192 inches (For classic, 144 for hobbled style).
Flush Inside depth required: 2 inches
Mimimum inside mount depth: 1/2" (but, 2 inches is required for a flush mount, due to hardware.)  For a smaller depth window, please contact us, for a special turned headrail option.
Shades are mounted on a 3/4" H x 1-1/2" W headrail made from premium stained or coordinating painted pine wood.

Easy to install and hardware is included.

Variations in color, grain, texture and warpage are natural and should not be considered to be defective. Over time, the color will soften in the sun to a mild, golden tone. Finish edges of the bamboo and large reed may crack after cutting and assembly due to the inherent property of natural material - binding or purchasing fabric edges will help conceal the edges.  We recommend that multiple shade orders of the same pattern be placed at one time.

INSIDE MOUNT: Headrail and fabric will measure ordered width minus 1/2" (1/4" on each side).
Measure your window exactly and factory will deduct 1/2" for you, for a perfect fit.
 

OUTSIDE MOUNT: Headrail and fabric will measure ordered width. (Factory will cut exact dimensions you give for the window shade.)
 

Stacking Formula (Approximate): Add 4" for headrail plus 1" for every 12" of shade drop.
