Bay Windows are defined as having three sides. Classic 1” wrought iron curtain rods forged from authentic materials and hand finished using low V.O.C. water based paints and gel stains. Every rod is made to order and cut to your exact specifications.

Due to New Fedex Shipping Guidelines Rod sections over 94” will come as two pieces. The splice will be at the center of the rod to be concealed and supported by the center bracket.

Meauring for Bay Window Curtain Rod

To order a bay window rod set correctly, you need to provide the separate measurement of each section of the bay area wall(shown here as A, B and C) and the degree of each wall angle (shown here as Angle #1 and Angle #2).

If you would like us to determine the angles, you will need to additionally provide the opening width of the bay.

We will calculate your rod size based on these measurements and rod style you select. Our standard calculations
allow for the finials to be just short of the outside of the opening. If you wish them to project out past the opening or be held short, please provide the desired distances.

Custom, made-to-order wrought iron forged from authentic materials and hand finished rod set ships in 2-3 weeks. 

**PLEASE NOTE: Rods are measured in inches - please use dropdown above to select inches needed and pricing will adjust according to size. To the 1/8 of an inch is only necessary if you are working in tight spaces.  If you do not have any obstructions or space restrictions, you can order in whole inches.  When measuring for your curtain rod, the standard is to go 3-5 inches past your window trim on each side for this large diameter rod, depending on how far you would like your curtains to stack off of the window.

Measuring Terms:

Order "S" - the standard rod width when placing your order.
Keep in mind "TT"  (tip to tip) width - will be your final width, with finials.
The standard rod width is needed to accomodate your curtain panels.
The tip to tip width is needed to make sure your finials are not running into other objects, such as walls, other windows, doors, artwork, etc.  So, make sure to measure for the tip to tip width, for your own personal reference (we need the rod width only.)

Finial Specifications:  (be sure to check installation space to ensure you have sufficient room for this final "tip to tip" width").
