Custom Upholstered Wide Scallop Cornice (Style C5) in our curated Fabrics Pricing Group 2. These cornices are beautiful, padded fabric top treatments. Constructed with 7/16" OSB face board and a lavish 1-1/4" thick uncompressed batting wrapped in your chosen fabric.  This crescent cornice is also available with additional trim options.  These cornices are available in extra long widths however widths greater than 96” will be hinged for easy packaging. 3. Measure the windows or area to be covered (see measuring notes below) + add 3" inches for the cornice
