Modena Scarf Swag Window Topper features a clipped jacquard in a playful polka dot pattern. This scarf swag begins with delicately colored sheer fabrics. Next we embroider a pattern of 1/2" dots of complimenting colors for that extra bit of warmth and uniqueness. These sheer scarf swags will certainly add a touch of design to your window.
