Roses and Bows Valance is available in two colors. Fresh from the countryside. Mix and match this valance with the other items in this line to create your signature window treatments. These curtains are made of a lightweight 100% cotton with a slight to medium stiffness. The valance offers a bright flourish of flowers at the top of your window.  The decorative ties use coordinating fabric from the tier curtains (which are ordered separately) in this line. The complementing tiers will complete the rustic look with either the gentle green plaid or yellow mini-gingham.  The look is warm and inviting without any fuss.
