Sea Glass Cascade Valance . This semi-sheer, flounce valance allows light in, yet still provides a degree of privacy. This collection comes in soft, cheerful, timeless colors reminiscent of a piece of glass long-tumbling in the sea. Gently slubbed, Sea Glass is well suited for layering with the sea glass swag curtains.  The insert valance tapers to a point in the center-which makes it the perfect insert valance for the swag.  Use the tailored valance in related products if you want to have the valance on a window as a standalone treatment.
