Sutra Scarf Swag Window Topper is a heavy fabric made of 70% Polyester 30% Cotton, but looks like wool or heavy linen that is perfect for insulating your windows.  Add lining and interlining for complete blackout properties.  This look brings a natural sophistication to your home.   This fabric coordinates well with leather, suede and wood furniture.
