How long will it take for me to receive my order?
At BestWindowTreatments.com we strive to give customers the variety they can't find in a department store. Therefore, each item is unique and handled differently. Please read the item description for the products you are interested in for a timetable. We have items that are shipped same day and other items that involve a 3 week creation process and delivery is in 2-5 days from product completion. If an item is not in-stock, it usually arrives within 7-10 business days. Please call us if you have any questions at 1-877-717-1120, Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST. How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer flat shipping and handling fees for every order. S&H rates to the 50 United States, District of Columbia or APO address. We do ship many of our curtains and draperies to Canada for a special rate listed below.

Swatch Orders - are shipped via Priority Mail and have a special $4.95 shipping rate.*

Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes. Just call toll-free at 1-877-717-1120 Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST. But, we often have extended hours to cover demand, you are welcome to call or leave a message and a customer service representative will get back with you as quick as possible.
How can I be sure of the quality of the product I order?
Every item we sell is guaranteed. We have been in business for over a decade.
How do I exchange or return an item?
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense.
Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

Credit and Return Time

Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 1-877-717-1120 within FOUR hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.
Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. You may also email us at email@example.com.
